Chajuana Wise-Hale, the owner and founder of House of Danes LLC, alongside her husband and three children, own and raise three Great Danes as extended family members. Chajuana has always been passionate about dogs and the desire to nurture and train them. It was natural to her. When she was in high school, she wanted to major in veterinarian medicine. In fact, while in college she worked as a veterinarian technician which is where she gained most of her clinical, hands-on experience with animals. Chajuana graduated with a BA in Chemistry and a minor in Spanish from Purdue University and has worked in the medical field for over 16 years. Wyonne Hale is a retired detective from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department or (IMPD), where he served for 37 years. Currently he serves as a Lieutenant with the Sheriff’s Department. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran, Hale built his career on discipline, leadership, and dedicated service to his community.
Outside of his law enforcement career, he assists with whelping pups, training and caring for our beloved dogs, bringing patience and hands-on experience to raising and developing quality dogs.
When he’s off duty, he enjoys working on his 1967 Cutlass Supreme, relaxing with a good cigar and watching sports.
Prince Moose is a noble pup from the union of Lord Forrest and Lady Storm. He inherits his striking markings from his gracious mother and his impressive stature from his mighty sire. Among his littermates, he stood as one of the largest—thus earning the fitting name Moose.
We are pleased to proclaim that Prince Moose shall serve as the sire of our forthcoming litter with Lady Sansa. This union has been carefully chosen to ensure the continuation of strong structure, noble temperament, and the high quality we strive to produce within our House of Danes kennel.
Lord Forrest was born on August 5, 2020. He is a 100% American Brindle Great Dane weighing a lean 145lbs. Forrest is a member of the American Kennel Club. He has also been genetic health tested by Embark with results proving that he is not at risk for health conditions prone to Great Danes! The young lad enjoys playing tug-of-rope, taking long walks, training and learning new commands, drinking tons of water, and receiving lots of TLC.
Lady Storm was born on March 14, 2021. She is a 25% European and 75% American Harlequin Great Dane weighing a solid 142lbs. Lady Storm is a member of the American Kennel Club. She has been genetic health tested by Embark with results proving that he is not at risk for health conditions prone to Great Danes! On her free time she enjoys chewing large tree branches, drinking gallons of water, playing chase with Lord Forrest, and taking short walks. Lady Storm delivered her first litter of 15 pups beginning late December 8th thru sunrise December 10, 2022. She was in labor for what seemed like a fortnight!
Lady Sansa is the most recent member of the House, born on December 29, 2022. She is a 100% American Fawn Great Dane. Lady Sansa is a member of the American Kennel Club. Before she is bred she will be Embark tested for genetic health conditions prone to Great Danes. Lady Sansa is a ball of dragon fire whose energy is unmatched. She enjoys being in a room full of toys and playing tug-of-rope with Lord Forrest.
